Particularly this cozy cottage, located in the heart of Germantown, makes an excellent weekend retreat. Designer Kim Falvey worked with the homeowner to gut this shotgun home, replace the kitchen cabinets, and highlight the home’s unique features.  Additionally, she selected the furnishings and a staging team joined her to put everything in place.
